After you place your order you will receive a message from me to confirm the best method of contact for you, your choices and answer any questions you may have.  If you have not purchased a collection pack (currently US only), I will provide you with my address at this time. 

I will contact you within 48hrs of receipt to let you know everything has arrived safely. 


Ashes

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ALL OF YOUR LOVED ONES ASHES!!! 
Mail & delivery services are not fail proof and it’s just too great a risk. 

For jewelry pieces I request approximately  1/2-1 teaspoon of ash.
For larger keepsakes I request 3 tablespoons. 
All ashes will be treated with the utmost care and respect. Any unused ashes WILL be returned. 


 Fur & hair

Please place fur or hair inside a folded piece of paper and then into an envelope or bag. Please avoid placing hair or fur directly into a plastic bag as it creates static and flyaways.  If you are sending a lock of hair, I recommend you tie it with twine or ribbon. 
Any unused portions will be returned.
As with ashes, please DO NOT send all that you have to avoid the risk that something were to happen with the shipping!!

Flowers & leaves


Please note, flowers MUST BE COMPLETELY DRIED prior to being mailed!!!  Flowers that are not fully dried are prone to discoloration, mold and decomposition - ESPECIALLY if they’re in an airtight environment like plastic bag or a mailer.  
For jewelry pieces I only need a few petals. 
For larger pieces I request full flowers. Please ensure the flowers are packaged in a solid box to avoid damage during shipping. 
Any unused portions will be returned. 

Sand & soil

Please a minimum of one teaspoon for jewelry pieces. 
For larger pieces please send  1/4-1/2 cup.
